After a steep rise, the Cesta or Fratta or Second tower is reached. Fratta means “ground surrounded by hedge”. The XV century pentagonal shaped tower rises on the highest point of the Mount Titano (756 meters above sea level) and it is now the seat of the Museum of Ancient Weapons. The over seven hundred exemplars illustrate the evolution of white weapons, jet weapons and fire weapons, from the Middle Ages to the beginning of the XX century.
